I moved from Dallas to Austin in 2002, and continue enjoying the growth and development of central Texas! My move to Austin was prompted by a job at Dell as a technical support engineer, which turned out to be an enlightening eight-year adventure. Most recently, I served as a people manager at a software company, where I mentored dozens of technical support engineers over the course of six years.
